Terms & Conditions

• Logistics: Includes donor/recipient pickup options, third-party API pickups, and no warehousing disclaimer. All items are transferred directly between donors and recipients.

• Donor & Donee Responsibilities: Donors should ensure items are in good condition. Donees must verify item suitability before accepting.

• Testimonial & Resolution Flow: Star rating, testimonials, chatbot support, and internal review process ensure transparency and issue resolution.

• NGO Verification: Initial listing is free; verification and annual re-verification will occur later for maintaining authenticity.

• Anti-Dumping Formula: Fair distribution limits per NGO/person/room to prevent oversupply.

• Restricted Categories: Medicines are accepted only with a valid prescription and expiry check. Dangerous or expired goods are strictly prohibited.

• Volunteers: Currently, there is no active volunteer program. Future inclusion is possible.

• Gamification & Impact Meter: Leaderboard and impact metrics are indicative only and meant to promote healthy participation.

• Funding/Monetization: Currently free to use. A small fee may apply in future for verification or logistics services.

• Dispute Resolution: Donor and donee are encouraged to resolve issues amicably. Platform intervention will occur only if required.

• Large Item Logistics: Bulky item pickups may take longer (e.g., monthly) or may involve future tie-ups with professional movers.
